During this initial step we bring everything to you for your convenience. This consultation is to help identify if we are compatible with one another. It gives you the opportunity to meet us and learn how we operate as a professional company. We, in turn, hope to gather enough information about your project to offer appropriate strategies to work together as a team.
There is much work to be done before actual construction begins. The Pre-Construction phase allows us to order materials, secure the proper permits necessary to construct the project and schedule our employees as required. Progress payments will be outlined in the construction contract.
Here is where the fun begins. We will introduce you to your foreman who becomes your primary contact and is responsible for your project during construction. Our team will then build your project with great care and attention to detail. At the completion of the work, your foreman will do a final walk-thru with you to make sure everything has been completed to your satisfaction.
